Ghaz: The Next Generation

Ghazghkull Mag Uruk Thraka. The name alone should inspire. Fear or confidence. Depends on what side you are on.

My first Ork army was for the Armageddon Campaign (2000) so I didn't have the nine year old Ghaz figure , but I did have the (then) new Mega-Armor model. He was a beast then. Now? Bigger than a Dread and twice as killy. Monster Super Beast.

Great model, great pose, easy build. Make sure to leave off the lower jaw, or just paint his face before assembly. Also some of the details on the scenic base are hard to get to if you don't paint it first.

Makari also made a comeback, cute little fig, but I think his banner is way too small for such a big boss.
I'm just at the point of figuring out what, if any, decals to put on the new and improved Ghaz. He will see the tabletop very soon!
